What you share with us

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, business name, email address, selected service interest, message, and any call availability you provide. You can also contact us directly by email.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, and arrange a call. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically book an appointment.

Where it goes

Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the site and your message. Inquiry emails are sent to the jayrx inbox. Depending on the deployment configuration, delivery uses Resend or Gmail. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs such as IP addresses and request timestamps.

Website storage

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The interactive workflow examples run in your browser. The inquiry endpoint uses temporary request records and hashed email addresses to help prevent duplicate submissions and abuse.

Retention and requests

Inquiries may remain in our business email records while needed for communication and project administration. To ask about your information or request deletion, email jayrx16@gmail.com. Information may need to be retained where required for an ongoing agreement or legal obligation.
